- HOW TO DRINK IT
- Although it's particularly popular in autumn and winter, matcha genmai tea can be enjoyed at any time of year.
- High quality, we recommend using it for drinking.
- In practice: add 1 g of matcha genmai (one level teaspoon) to your bowl then pour in a base of water at 70-75 °C maximum.
- Then mix the matcha with the water using the traditional Japanese utensil: the chasen whisk; or with an electric frother if you want to prepare it more quickly.
- To prepare a comforting matcha genmai latte: add the milk of your choice to the prepared matcha.
- We always recommend oat milk with matcha, which gives way to all its characteristic, plant-based and original flavour.
