The Matcha Bubble Tea kit contains:

• 20 g of organic matcha green tea - 250 g of tapioca pearls - 150 g of matcha honey
• 6 XXL bubble tea straws made from sugar cane

The recipe is included with the kit.

The Matcha Latte Bubble Tea Recipe

With the ingredients included in the set, we will show you how to make bubble tea with matcha and tapioca pearls at home. Follow our instructions!

1. Dissolve a small teaspoon of matcha tea in 10 ml of hot water at 75°C until you obtain a smooth mixture.
2. Pour 25 ml of hot milk into your mixture at 75°C.
3. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of matcha honey and mix well.
4. Add 30 to 50 g of pre-cooked tapioca pearls (for instructions on how to prepare the tapioca pearls, see our short tutorial).
5. Dip your extra-long straw in and enjoy!
