Description
- Type:
- Winemaking:\u00A0Ruinart Rosé blends 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims with 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne. A portion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine, giving the champagne its characteristic color and aromatic depth. The hand-harvested grapes come from selected crus and are complemented by reserve wines from various vintages. After temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the champagne ages on its lees for two to three years before a finely balanced dosage completes its elegant style.
- Food Pairing: A versatile rosé champagne, perfect as a stylish aperitif or paired with tuna tartare, salmon, shellfish, veal, duck breast, or Asian-inspired dishes. It is also an excellent choice with fruity desserts featuring red berries or raspberries.
- Aroma & Taste: The Ruinart Rosé impresses with its expressive and elegant aroma. On the nose, notes of pomegranate, red berries, lychee, and rose petals unfold, accompanied by subtle nuances of exotic spices and a hint of mint. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and silky, with lively bubbles, delicate fruit, and a long, elegant finish characterized by subtle Pinot Noir notes.
