- Vinification: Wine production through maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°–28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aging in French oak barrels and American barriques for at least 10 months.
- Food Pairing: Pairs very well with all grilled dishes, including seafood. Also pairs well with hearty pasta dishes or risotto. Aged cow's and goat's milk cheeses. Also wonderful after a meal.
- Aroma & Taste: Intense notes of ripe and dark fruits. Soft and velvety with a balanced structure and an aromatic, long-lasting finish.
