- Vinification: Hand-harvested in the second half of September. 10 days of maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in the bottle.
- Food pairing: Full-bodied, dark meat dishes such as beef, lamb, and venison, as well as mushroom dishes and truffles.
- Aroma & Taste: A wonderful wine with a very complex, full-bodied, yet velvety taste. Very fresh with exquisite aromas of raspberry, red currant, and blackberry. These are intertwined with a warm, spicy note.
