- Winemaking: The grapes were carefully sorted on a vibrating conveyor belt in the winery. Destemming and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 28 °C for a period of 14 to 21 days. 40% of the volume is aged for at least 4 months in used French oak barrels; the remainder is aged in stainless steel tanks.
- Food Pairing: Pasta dishes, meat dishes, terrines, and mild cheeses.
- Aroma & Taste: Pleasant fruitiness with aromas of wild berries, cassis, and stone fruit, combined with a slight spiciness. Full-bodied, elegant with fresh fruit and subtle oak notes, dried herbs. Overall, very well-rounded and easy to drink.
