- Vinification: The Gagliole is made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After pressing, it is aged for 16 months in French oak barriques, bottled, and then aged for six months in the cellar. The Gagliole is a very well-structured, balanced wine with dense, refined tannins.
- Food pairing: Hearty meat dishes, pasta, terrines.
- Aroma & Taste: Rich and opulent with intense aromas of cherries, blackberries, dried herbs, and licorice. On the palate, it also offers delicate fruit with subtle notes of tobacco as well as delicious toasted aromas from French barriques, fine and elegant tannins, and a long-lasting finish.
