- Vinification:\u00A0Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days with frequent stirring of the cap, followed by an extended maceration period and malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place partly in barriques and partly in large wooden barrels and lasts approximately 18 months. Finally, the wine ages for another 6 months in the bottle.
- Food pairing: A particularly full-bodied, smooth, and elegant wine that pairs excellently with all meat dishes and cheeses.
- Aroma & Taste: Ruby red color. An elegantly spicy and complex bouquet reminiscent of blueberries, raspberries, cocoa, and vanilla. Despite its good tannin content, the Masetto Nero is full-bodied and exceptionally harmonious on the palate. Long-lasting finish.
