- Food Pairing: Wonderful with beef—from steaks to stroganoff, tartare, or slow-roasted beef in the oven. Pairs excellently with polenta—whether cream-based or broth-based, plain or with porcini mushrooms and bacon; this combination is always a winner.
- Aroma & Taste: The bouquet features plum jam and ripe wild berries, plums, and dried herbs. On the palate, raspberries and spicy notes with very juicy, ripe tannins. Perfectly structured with a long-lasting finish.
