- Vinification: Only truly ripe and healthy grapes are harvested and dried for the Masetto Dulcis. The grapes are dried for over 4 months until they reach the ideal sugar content of approximately 380 g per liter. Due to the high sugar concentration and low temperatures, fermentation takes more than 3 months.
- Food pairing:\u00A0Pairs excellently with various blue cheeses—from Gorgonzola to Roquefort to Blue Stilton. A wonderful accompaniment to dessert—from light and fruity creams to sweet pastries and richer desserts.
- Aroma & Taste: Deep yellow with slightly golden hues; a rich bouquet reminiscent of honey and exotic fruits. Full-bodied, aromatic, yet not overpowering flavor.
