The vines grow in Upper Ticino (Sopraceneri) on sandy soils characteristic of the Maggia Delta. The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September, then fermented and macerated in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for about a year in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and youthful aromas.
