Description
- Type:
- Winemaking:\u00A0The Tempranillo grapes come from vineyards located in the immediate vicinity of the Duero River in Valladolid, one of the best regions for growing high-quality Tempranillo grapes. After careful selection, the wine is aged in selected American and French barriques for at least 12 months, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle before the Crianza is released.
- Food Pairing: An excellent accompaniment to pasta dishes—whether tagliatelle al ragù, spaghetti al limone, or other creations. Pairs perfectly with soft cheeses—from Camembert and Brie to Tomme and mild Taleggio.
- Aroma & Taste: A complex Crianza that embodies the ripeness of black fruits and gentle spices with a hint of rosemary and clove. Its intense and flavorful presence on the palate is accompanied by remarkable persistence and balance. A wine that strikes the perfect balance between fruit and oak, with an elegant and lingering finish.
