The two grape varieties are aged separately, with the Garnacha grapes aged in French oak barrels and the Tempranillo grapes aged in American oak barrels for twelve months. This differentiated approach allows the unique characteristics of each variety to be emphasized and their distinctive nuances to unfold.
- Food pairing: The perfect companion to the intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes—whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ cuts, or poultry. Wonderful with beef—from steaks and stroganoff to steak tartare or slow-roasted cuts from the oven. Excellent with aged hard cheeses—from Parmigiano Reggiano and Sbrinz to Pecorino or aged Alpine cheeses.

Its bouquet unfolds enticing aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and subtle notes from oak aging: vanilla, chocolate, and delicate coffee.
