Crianza 2023 - 50 cl

Description

    Type:
    Country: Spain
    Region: Ribera del Duero
  • Vinification: Hand-harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wines are aged for 12 months, half in American and half in French oak. Barrels of varying ages and toasting levels are used to achieve great complexity without the toasted aromas becoming dominant.
  • Food Pairing: A versatile wine that pairs perfectly with grilled meats, Spanish tapas, hearty pasta dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Thanks to its lively acidity, freshness, and expressive structure, it's equally well-suited for social evenings, where it impresses with its refined yet powerful presence.
  • Aroma & Taste:\u00A0\u00A0A seductive nose of cinnamon, tobacco, vanilla, and alluringly ripe fruit. On the palate, it opens with a powerful attack, then becomes soft and harmonious, spicy and ripe, with plenty of concentrated fruit and a wine-like, sweet finish. It is long and pleasant.
