Description
- Type:
- Vinification: Each grape variety used for the “einfach fein WEISS” wine is first vinified and aged separately. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand into crates. In the cellar, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The resulting must is naturally clarified and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The young wines are then aged for a while on the fine lees. At the beginning of the new year, the various batches are tasted and the cuvée is blended. The wine then remains on its fine lees for some time before being gently filtered and bottled in the spring.
- Food Pairing: Aperitifs and light appetizers.
- Aroma & Taste: The bouquet opens with lovely mineral notes, followed by fruity aromas of green apple and a hint of exotic fruit like kiwi. On the palate, a soft, fruity attack, well-structured acidity with a slight tartness, and a lingering saltiness on the finish.
