Description
- Type:
- Vinification: The sparkling wine from the Lindenhof Winery is carefully crafted by hand using traditional bottle fermentation. Even the gentle pressing of whole grapes for the base wine preserves the fresh elegance and prevents the extraction of color and tannins. During blending, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from different vintages are combined before the wine matures on the lees for 40 months. During this time, a delicate bouquet unfolds with hints of hazelnut and brioche, which harmoniously blend with fruity and floral notes during disgorgement. As an Extra Brut, it impresses with its dry elegance—a delight for special moments.
- Food Pairing: Ideal as a festive aperitif, where its fresh effervescence and elegance shine. It pairs equally well with light appetizers, delicate fish dishes, seafood, or delicate vegetable dishes. It also reveals its charm at Sunday brunch—whether paired with croissants, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses. A versatile companion that brings enjoyment and joie de vivre to any gathering.
- Aroma & Taste:\u00A0\u00A0With a pale yellow color, it offers notes of yellow apple and white blossoms paired with a subtle hint of hazelnut and braided yeast bread. Its crisp freshness makes it an excellent choice for an aperitif, served with puff pastries or brioche.
