- Vinification:\u00A0Hannes Reeh's Unplugged Brut is crafted entirely in the spirit of the “unplugged” concept: without technical frills, honest and authentic. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method—the so-called “Méthode Traditionnelle”—which gives the Brut its fine perlage and elegant structure. Completely free of fining or excessive intervention, this sparkling wine presents itself in its pure, unadulterated form.
- Food pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, for festive occasions, or simply as a sparkling treat anytime. It also pairs superbly with fine antipasti, seafood, sushi, or mild goat cheese. A versatile sparkling wine that delights both on its own and as a pairing with food.
- Aroma & Taste: In the glass, the Unplugged Brut presents a fine, long-lasting effervescence and a pale straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of green apples, citrus fruits, and subtle yeast notes. On the palate, it is lively and dry, with an elegant acidity and a harmonious, mineral finish. A wine with real character, combining depth and freshness.
