Especially in the cooler, forest-adjacent vineyards with their limestone-rich soils, the Burgundy grape varieties produce wines with a crystalline structure and high complexity. Aged for 18 months in French oak barriques.
- Food pairing: An excellent accompaniment to game and dark meat dishes with hearty sauces, as well as soft cheeses.
- Aroma & Taste:\u00A0\u00A0The bouquet features warm oak and a delightful dark berry aroma composed of cherries, blackberries, and blueberries. On the palate, it is very elegant and intricately woven, with delightful fruit sweetness, wonderfully polished tannins, an opulent body, and a persistent finish with tremendous length.
