- Winemaking:\u00A0Las Preferidas White is the result of the most iconic vineyards, where old Viura vines grow on poor soils at the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria. The vineyards are between 40 and 50 years old. The Viura grapes are grown in Ábalos, while the Garnacha Blanca comes from a small plot in Labastida. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C and is completed in new 225-liter French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels, where the lees are stirred twice a week (batonnage) to achieve greater body and complexity.

- Aroma & Taste:\u00A0\u00A0The bouquet is intense, with fresh aromas of stone fruit, apricot, and Williams pear, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and coconut. On the palate, it is silky and full of nuances, with a fresh and elegant mid-palate, lively acidity, and a subtle saltiness on the finish.
