- Vinification: The grapes for the Malbec are harvested early and fresh, at the peak of their fruitiness. It undergoes gentle maceration for 15–20 days to slowly and precisely extract the wine's ideal tannin structure. Aging takes place for 12 months in oak barrels—some of which have been used up to four times—while a portion is stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's freshness and purity.
- Food Pairing: This Malbec from Mendoza is delicious and versatile. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, ingredients, and cooking styles, such as beef, pork, and lamb—whether grilled or braised. It also pairs well with various pasta dishes with tomato sauce or desserts featuring chocolate, red berries, and nuts.
- Aroma & Taste: On the nose, an aromatic bouquet of black currants, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate, juicy fruit with silky-smooth tannins that lend this delightful wine a seductively elegant note.
