Description
- Country: Switzerland
- Region: Graubünden
- Vinification: After gentle destemming, the grapes are fermented on the skins. Fermentation is then interrupted at an early stage by cooling down in order to preserve a fine residual sweetness. Matured in stainless steel tanks.
- Culinary recommendation: Fine meat dishes, Grisons platters, Grisons specialties.
- Aroma & taste: Fine fruity notes of ripe plums and dark berries, candy sugar and also some wild herbs, on the palate a velvety, elegant body with a flattering fruit sweetness, again lots of fruit, a hint of spicy notes, lots of melting to the finish.
