Description
- On the nose, it is characterised by aromas of white and red fruits, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a delicate hint of herbaceousness. On the palate, it reveals remarkable roundness and length. Its deep purple colour blends elegantly with a subtle note of Caucasian oak acquired during ageing. This wine is made from grapes grown in Alto Agrelo and is the result of the co-fermentation of three grape varieties grown in different soil types, harvested and vinified together on the same day. Through a process involving cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled alcoholic fermentation at between 24 and 26 °C, we aim to achieve velvety tannins and exceptional body.
