Each vintage is a special occasion and ranks among the finest champagnes.</li><li>The 2012 vintage is generous and full-bodied, with a lovely liveliness. To create La Grande Année Rosé 2012, Bollinger's cellar master blended 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. The grapes come from some twenty villages in Champagne, primarily Aÿ and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oiry for the Chardonnay.
