A Coravin wine bottle handle is included to prevent injury from broken glass.</li><li>How to use Pivot+?</li><li>Drink without the Pivot aerator</li><li>Open your wine bottle and immediately insert a dry Pivot stopper with the cap open. To serve without the Pivot aerator, insert the Pivot system into the cork until it clicks into place. With one hand holding the bottle and the other on the handle, tilt the spout over the glass and press the button to pour. Release and tilt the bottle vertically to stop pouring.</li><li>Pouring with the Pivot Aerator</li><li>Attach the aerator to the Pivot Spout. Tilt the bottle so that the aerator is over the wine glass. Lightly press the button until the wine creates a slight shower, then release. Press and release as needed to pour the desired amount.
